Myles DePass advises the sponsors of, and investors in, a wide range of private investment funds, including private equity, mezzanine, real estate, venture capital, and small business investment companies (SBICs). He helps these clients with fund formation, maintenance, and investment matters.
While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Myles participated in the Business Law Scholars Program and was a member of The Tax Lawyer. During his third year of law school, he was a legal intern for the DC Prisoners' Project division of the Washington Lawyers' Committee. Continuing in his commitment to prison reform in the DMV area, he now assists with a pro bono case for the Maryland Juvenile Lifer Parole Representation Project.
