Daniel Schwiete advises German and international companies on a wide range of corporate law matters and assists in complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions as well as in structuring joint ventures.

Daniel studied law at the Humboldt University Berlin with a focus on European corporate, capital markets and insolvency law. Before joining the firm, Daniel worked as a research assistant at several internationally renowned law firms with a focus on corporate law matters and gained international expertise during his studies in the U.S. as well as during his clearkship with a law firm in Cape Town.
