Daniel Neudecker advises clients on complex national and cross-border transactions and joint ventures in the regulated infrastructure and energy sectors. Daniel has over 10 years experience as a corporate lawyer with a strong M&A and projects background.
With respect to the energy sector, Daniel has extensive experience advising on generation assets (renewables, gas, coal, nuclear), storage, e-mobility as well as transmission and distribution assets. Another strong sector focus includes digital infrastructure, such as fibre networks and data centres. Daniel’s practice also covers advice on waste and waste management systems as well as smart city.
