Will Christ assists in the representation of public and private companies in complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and venture capital financings with a focus on life sciences and technology.

­­­Prior to law school, Will studied chemistry and economics at the College of William and Mary. During his time at the College of William and Mary, Will worked in an organic synthesis laboratory, where he conducted bench research on the synthesis of chromenes and other polycyclic ester compounds. 

Will graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as a member of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and competed in the Lile Moot Court Competition. Throughout law school, Will worked as a research assistant, where he researched international criminal and regulatory enforcement actions for Foreign Corruption Practice Act, sanctions, money laundering, and tax evasion violations.
