As an Associate in our London employment practice, Imtiyaz provides advice in relation to contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for a broad range of clients.
His experience includes advising on disciplinary matters, grievance matters, redundancy and termination processes, as well as drafting employment documentation. Imtiyaz also has experience in advising on post-termination restrictions and supporting multinational clients on the employment aspects of complex corporate transactions.
