As a senior projects associate in our IP Group, Bianca Worbes focuses her practice at Hogan Lovells on European Union trademarks. After immersing herself in Spanish trademark matters, she brings now her experience in European prosecution matters, infringement actions, custom seizures, worldwide coexistence negotiations and portfolio management in industries as diverse as travel and leisure, automotive for construction, retail, food and beverage, software technologies and life sciences. Bianca clerked in the IP practice of another major Spanish firm before joining Hogan Lovells in 2014.
She holds a law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specialising in European law from Universitée Paris I-Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M in Intellectual Property and Information Technologies from Universidad de Alicante (Magister Lvcentinvs). While at the Universidad de Alicante she was selected to represent the Magister Lvcentinvs at the OHIM (currently EUIPO) Universities Network. Her work focused on Community designs and priority claims.

Advising a well-known tour operating company on European Union trade mark matters in Europe and Latin America.
Providing advice to global companies on EU-wide searching.
Advising client on anti-counterfeiting measures, including EU-wide customs applications.
