Anna Rogge advises clients on German and international asset securitisations and other structured finance transactions. She focuses on all legal aspects of debt capital markets products including derivatives and asset backed as well as other debt issuance programmes. In particular, Anna has gathered wide experience in advising banks, issuers and originators on trade receivables and auto loan securitisations.
Anna studied law at the University of Trier and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. During her legal traineeship, Anna was employed at the district court of Mainz and at the Frankfurt office of a major Swedish law firm.

Advising Volkswagen Financial Services on the securitisation of German auto lease receivables and residual values.
Advising BMW Bank on the securitisation of German auto lease receivables.
Advising Ford Bank on the securitisation of German auto loans.
Advising Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Continental AG on the securitisation of Polish and Czech trade receivables.
Advising Claas KGaA mbH and its subsidiaries in France, Italy and the U.S. on the securitisation of wholesale receivables.
Advising FMS Wertmanagement on their debt issuance program.
