Ángel Domínguez de Pedro is a key player in Mexico’s corporate and transactional real estate markets. He joined Hogan Lovells as an undergraduate in 1997 and became a partner in 2010. With a strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law, particularly in real estate, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, antitrust, and EU law, and vast experience of almost 30 years, Ángel has guided national and multinational companies, developers, and investors across the commercial, industrial, financial, and service sectors in various complex industrial, commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate projects, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
He provides a unique 360° approach to clients crafting innovative legal strategies in civil and agrarian matters to ensure projects’ success throughout Mexico. Clients also rely on Ángel’s advice, from day-to-day corporate matters to high-level matters such as shareholder conflicts.
Ángel is deeply passionate about academia, teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in civil and corporate law at some of Mexico's leading universities. His teaching portfolio includes prestigious institutions such as Universidad Panamericana, Universidad Iberoamericana, Universidad de las Américas, and Universidad Anáhuac.
Ángel also enjoys writing on new or debatable commercial, corporate law, civil, and real estate topics and has been publish in several relevant publications.
