She advises sponsors and managers on the structuring, establishment, operation and marketing of investment funds, with a particular focus on London-listed investment companies. She has acted for both issuers and investment banks on a broad spectrum of listed fund transactions, including IPOs, secondary issuances and restructurings.
Amy’s practice is complemented by her experience advising investors on the terms of their fund investments and investment management mandates. She advises institutional investors (including funds of funds, pension schemes and sovereign wealth funds) on primary, secondary and co-investments in a variety of alternative investments, giving her an oversight of the perspectives held by managers when launching funds and investors when deploying capital.
Acting on the IPOs and subsequent capital raisings of listed funds including Pantheon Infrastructure PLC, JLEN Environmental Assets Group, HICL Infrastructure and International Public Partnerships.
Advising TwentyFour Income Fund on its combination with UK Mortgages Limited.
