Digital Finance Dialogue

This first session will cover the following topics: Cryptocurrencies, stable-coins and the Digital Euro 

Hogan Lovells’ Finance Team would like to invite you to our HL Digital Finance Dialogues - to present and discuss topics around “Europe’s Future in Digital Finance” with a focus on digital assets and transactions, crypto technology, data analytics and artificial intelligence.

The event series starts on Wednesday, 5 October 2022 with a session on Cryptocurrencies, stable-coins and the Digital Euro. This session will focus on payment solutions and monetary systems; legal requirements to issue, trade and facilitate crypto currencies and digital money of any kind; implications of MiCA, Payment Services Regulations and other rules for money markets. The program’s further sessions are set out below.  

Sessions will 

• take place regularly in our panoramic Frankfurt office and alternatively virtually (we hope to welcome as many of you as possible on site)

• be relevant for everybody interested in the intersection of finance, technology and law

• be highly interactive with a combination of case studies and expert panels

• be held mainly in German (with exceptions depending on audience and panel participants); course material will be in English
