Perrine Limousin

A counsel in the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Project Group, Perrine concentrates on project finance and more specifically in the drafting and negotiation of project agreements (concessions, PFIs, PPAs, EPC, O&M), in France but also more widely in Francophone countries, in particular in North Africa and  West Africa. She joined Hogan Lovells in 2002, after beginning her career as lawyer in PwC's legal services (Landwell) infrastructure group in 2000. With more than 20 years of experience, Perrine has advised sponsors, lenders, DFIs and public authorities on several large project finance transactions in the Paris market over the past years, including one of the France's largest project financed transaction (€8 bn Tours Bordeaux High Speed Train concession, EMEA Project Finance Deal of the Year 2011 ), as well as, more recently in Africa (Singrobo hydropower dam concession project in Ivory Coast, Power Deal of the year - Africa (IJGlobal Awards 2023).
