Michael Schagginger is a fully qualified German and European patent attorney. He advises national and international clients in patent infringement and patent invalidity proceedings.
A particular focus of Michael lies in defending technology companies against patent infringement accusations. Michael has extensive experience with technically complex patent prosecution and litigation in various fields of technology, with a particular focus on electronics and electrical engineering, information and telecommunications technology, semiconductor technology, mechatronics and software.
Michael studied electrical engineering and information technology at the Technical University of Munich where he worked at the Chair of Network Theory and Signal Processing of Professor Dr. Nossek.

Advising Palo Alto Networks against Centripetal Networks in multiple patent litigation cases on network security.
Advising US tech company in a patent litigation case against Huawei Technologies on WiFi-5 technology.
Advising an Israeli electrical engineering company in patent infringement and nullity proceedings against a Chinese competitor as well as in opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO.
