Led the representation of HRH Prince Alwaleed for major French corporate investment in Kingdom Holding Co., the first significant foreign investment in listed Saudi companies.
Led the representation of Kingdom Holding Co. in buying major stakes in Careem (Middle East ride hailing), Twitter, Lyft, and JD.com (China's Online Shopping Mall).
Led the representation of Airbus Group in acquiring North America's largest emergency response software and communications solutions provider.
Led the representation of MBDA Missiles in acquiring a guided ordnance business from Northrup Grumman.
Led the representation of Rotana Group, the Middle East's largest integrated media company, in a strategic investment in Deezer, the French-based music streaming company.
Led the representation of European missile manufacturers in creating cross border MEADS missile defense venture with Lockheed Martin.
Led the representation of Kingdom Holding Company and HRH Prince Alwaleed in acquiring a major interest in Four Seasons Hotel Management Company.
Led the representation of major European satellite manufacturers making strategic investments in a major US satellite manufacturer and in related JVs.
Led the representation of HRH Prince Alwaleed in acquiring a major interest in Paris Disneyland (Euro Disney) and in the subsequent sale of that interest to The Walt Disney Company.

Led the representation of HRH Prince Alwaleed in making strategic investments in two major German media companies.
Led the representation of Rotana in the strategic investment in Rotana by Fox and in reorganizing the Rotana businesses.

Led the representation of a major European aerospace company forming a JV with Northrop Grumman to operate a US aviation repair facility.
