Maximilian Böck advises national and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, in particular trademark, unfair competition, and copyright law. He guides clients from the technology, consumer goods, and fashion industries through disputes both in and out of court.
Maximilian supports clients in enforcing trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights. He also assists with contract negotiations and the development of new trademarks. Maximilian represents clients from various sectors, particularly in the areas of technology, consumer goods, and fashion. Years of musical performing experience and extensive volunteer work also contribute to his nuanced, in-depth understanding of his clients’ interests.
After training and serving as an officer in the German Navy, Maximilian studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg, Leuven (Belgium), and Edinburgh (Scotland). He completed his legal training through legal clerkships at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main and the Regional Court of Darmstadt. Before joining Hogan Lovells as an Associate, Maximilian worked as a Research Assistant for an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and Dublin (Ireland) in the field of Intellectual Property Law.
